Butcherstar is a brother-and-sister butcher team, Sam and Sheryl. We run an award-winning retail butcher shop and created Whatnot's first-ever specialty meat show.

Who we are
We run retail butcher shops in Nevada and California.
We also run a restaurant in Sacramento, California.
Butcherstar is chef-led: every cut is selected and hand-trimmed by us, and each drop names the ranch it came from.
How we sell
Every Butcherstar drop happens live on Whatnot, the live-shopping app. We go live on camera and sell in small, limited allocations by auction or Buy It Now. Orders ship UPS 2nd Day Air.
Where our meat comes from
- Snake River Farms: American Wagyu and Kurobuta pork from Idaho
- Mishima Reserve: American Wagyu raised from Japanese bloodlines
- Cape Grim: Grass-fed beef from Tasmania
- Gundagai Lamb: Australian lamb from New South Wales
